By now you've had time to digest the Apple Ipod, Itunes and "teased" iTV device. Microsoft finally announced its Ipod response, the Zune. It is a mixed offering and a player that seems too clunky. It appears that Microsoft is always one step short of success, and, in this case it was hardware where they fell short. Real Networks could have caught both blindsided.
