Sony is to release a wireless-enabled handheld device in the USA called the "mylo" aimed at young people who use instant messaging. It can also double as personal media player with 1GB of flash memory built in plus additional Memory Stick cards (up to an additional 4GB) and allows music to be streamed to other nearby mylo users.
